Marchem Sp. z o.o. is a manufacturing company headquartered in the Economic Zone in Skarbimierz Osiedle. The company was established in 1997 and initially operated solely as a trading business.
In 2006, we launched our own production of industrial nonwoven wipes under the avatex® brand, and since then, we have been continuously developing and investing in our production facility.
Today, we are not only a leading manufacturer of specialized nonwoven wipes in Poland but also export a significant portion of our production to many countries across Europe.
We have been manufacturing industrial wipes since 2006
Currently, we operate two machines for cutting and rewinding nonwovens, as well as a high-performance folding machine used for producing wipes in a wide range of sizes. Our machinery park also includes three high-speed packaging machines, an automatic heat sealer for packaging rolls, and two flowpack machines for packing folded wipes.
Our current production capabilities allow us to carry out even the most complex solutions, tailored to the individual needs of each customer.
The avatex® wipes we offer are characterized by very high quality, and the highest production standards have enabled us to enter into a licensing agreement with Magnera and purchase Sontara® raw materials, which we now use for a significant part of our product range.
